In addition to E-band power amplifier designs, GigOptix designs and manufactures passive MMICs to enable output power detection at E-band frequencies and a Lange coupler featuring low insertion loss that enables two E-band power amplifiers to be coupled together to substantially increase the output power for E-band Point-to-Point (PtP) radios.
